The new version has been sent to Apple, over 48 hours now we have been waiting. They are SO slow.

Anyhow............... just keep checking the App Store for the update.

None of this affects the Android version, it just works. Apple is a nightmare.

Apple users have broad backs we can take it as we know we have the best operating system. We don't mind waiting. The tents and Motorhomes that I'm getting on the map will have to do I suppose?

Agh. Having a head banging moment here. Thought I'd to upgrade to premium. Got email from iTunes saying I've now subscribed at €5.99 yet when I go back into app I'm getting upgrade message all over again and nothing else. Are you telling me I shouldn't have subscribed? Aghhhh. Maybe it can go towards next year? Aghhhhh again 🇧🇭 🇧🇭 🇧🇭 🇧🇭 🇧🇭 🇧🇭 🇧🇭 🇧🇭 🇧🇭 🇧🇭

When Apple finally get out of bed, the new version will hopefully fix the payment issue. If not then temporarily use the free trial until we get a fix.

We are all waiting on Apple at this point.

My update is showing free trial till 11 September. As well as the pubs, motorhomes and tents I have 50 or so red dots, many showing no info held.
I get no option to revert to previous purchase. When I update, I get a banner message saying the update was successful. The last time I tried to buy, it showed I already had a premium upgrade, that was 2? days ago although nothing has been taken from my bank account.
Difficult to know what proper product should be like, but seems like there should be loads more info.
I could not turn off the auto renew either.

Davy,

You have activated the free trial, to activate your purchase you will need to uninstall the app and then reinstall, then choose NO to the free trial and then choose restore previous purchase.

Ally, there are a few new reviews in the review section but i notice they are not on the App. Do reviews have to be uploaded onto the App separately or is there a way of updating the App from the site reviews?

Two separate things.

To begin with we borrowed, with permission, user reviews from MHC to fill the APP reviews with some content. Now that it is up and running, they will remain separated.

The reviews on the APP quickly fill out, we may limit it to the 'Most Recent 20', to keep it current.

The reviews on MHC are endless, so can contain a lot more information, but that is the difference between a handy APP for travelling and a proper website for gathering information.

Hope that makes sense :)

Hate using my phone/tablet also, but that's what everyone is changing too. In 10 years I expect everyone to say "you know what Ally, you were right!, Facebook is the devil and phones/tablets are useless!"!"
