Would you buy a new van with no shower?

Not such a daft question according to a recent survey that well over half of all motorhome and Caravan owners only use site showers. The main reason being not enough room. Will admit that as we don't wild camp so we hardly ever use our shower.

Other consideration if there was no shower what would you like to see in the space

I would be divorced if there was no shower in the van. Also something to drive the hair dryer. Everything else is secondary even me!

No I wouldn't buy a Motorhome without a Shower or one with a small shower or one with a plastic curtain.

I always use the shower in the van, have never used a shower on a campsite.

Wouldn't consider a Motorhome without one. Reason for buying a Motorhome was for the obvious somewhere to sleep, but also a toilet and a shower.

We don't have a shower in our van, there's not enough room , we use the on site facilities, yes its a bit of a pain whilst wild camping but we have learned to improvise and make do.Our last van had a shower and i have to admit it was never used.

My MH is fairly rubbish in most respects except it's got a shower and toilet that you can use without being a contortionist which was the main reason for buying it. I would buy one without a shower but it would be a second van.

I wouldn't buy a MH without a shower although we tend to use onsite facilities if/when available as 120 litres of water doesn't last long in my household!

We do a lot of wild camping and tbh, the shower does get used quite often. Even on sites we still tend to use it. Admittedly you have to adapt completely different technique when using it , i still think of it as an essential addition in the van.

Water on - rinse - water off - wash - water on - rinse - water off

Is it just me that has started doing this in the house also? :)

Would not buy one that doesn't have a shower. 5 of us so military showers. In general the MH is a good way of making kids aware of the need to and how to conserve water. Same goes for reducing waste and unnecessary electrical consumption.

Definitely need a shower.
Ours is end bathroom with separate shower cubicle and it is used all the time.... Essential for us, even on site.
