calira battery charger

hi guys I have just had a problem with my charging system a calira 30/30 ds/1u
it would not charge the leisure batteries on 240 volt hook up I was quoted eye watering ,price for replacement unit. I have found a place to get them repaired cost me £45.00 and they had it ready for me in 1 hour the com name is Q E R based at Workington Cumbria tel 0190067913 ask for paul

I have to say that on other forums it appears that the calira charger is the only problem knaus owners could face, and that was on the early ones
