Tv signal

Hi all
I'm new to this ,can anyone help me ,iv got a new gomex satellite fitted last year and some times I can get signail but more times the dish can go round and round and find nothing ,help please !!
Cost me €2500

Could be a lot of things, but
I think if it's only a year old you would be entitled to ask for help from whoever supplied/fitted it.
Sounds like it may ned re-setting.

Or maybe you are some times parked where you cant receive a signal,a tree or a building ect can stop signal. :up:
