Any tips for removing black streaks?

So far have tried...

Alloy wheel cleaner - Fenwicks Black Streak remover - shampoo/soap - sponge/fenwicks - toothbrush/fenwicks, they won't shift.

What's next, dynamite?

It's an old Motorhome so not the smooth GRP finish.
