There are few near me that charge around £15 for two people plus electric which isn't bad really. But personally I would park near the entrance and have a look around and see if the site meets your needs before handing over cash. Any good site would let you have a look before you commit.

Good luck and enjoy the Craic!
Regards Jamie

St Margaret's Bay near Rosslare. Our first night during our trip earlier in the month.

A lovely, well kept site, free wifi, water taps near every pitch and Catherine the owner couldn't be more helpful

Lough Arrow, just outside Boyle - http://www.lougharrowcaravanpark.com/ We love this site it's 22 euro a night, facilities are second to none and the place is spotless. There's a small club house where the owners, Terry and Mary, sit with their customers every night and chat, play games, etc. Terry will make you a great breakfast in the morning for 7.50 euro and he also fires up the bbq most Saturday nights. Cannot fault this wee site, it's on the banks of Lough Arrow and there's boat hire on site for those who want it. Beautiful site, friendly owners, superb facilities - everything you could wish for!

Go to www.campercontact.nl, open the map of Ireland and it will show campsites and free overnight parking areas. eg. Cobh, Midleton, Dungarvan and many others. There is a lovely stopover in Sneem. Co Kerry at €10.00 per night. Happy motoring. Europa.
