Does anyone know or have any experience of the campsite on N24 on the Clonmel side of Carrick-on-Suir. Can't seem to get any info regarding the site name or contact details. Looking to overnight there en route from Rosslare. Any help please.

Have never stayed there but pass it occasionally. Its about 15 mins walk to town centre. If you are just looking to overnight, probably OK but a far better site is the Apple Farm between Clonmel and Cahir, also on the N24 and approx. 25 mins west of Carrick.

From another post, :
Campsite is Called.
Riverside
Caravan Park,

if its the same place I'm thinking of, I stayed their several years ago . I thought it was fine. When is it open these days does anyone know?
Their seems to be quite a few sites that are not listed in the books. Maybe this forum could try to list all sites around the country. Just a thought
