He has went to far.
Usually after a weekend away, a quick wash of the van, hoover , clean windows maybe....

after being away with him at the weekend.....
used wheel cleaner to get rid of brake dust etc from wheels
used tar remover and toothbrush to clean seams and mastic

cleaned roof of van using cleaner and brush
i rinsed van off
used shampoo then sponge washed and rinsed off
used blade to get rid of most water
then chamois dry
then polished cab
then thoroughly cleaned glass

then inside hoovered
cleaned dashboard and all plastic trims
cleaned interior glass

now van shining like new and im never using it again in case it gets dirty!!

bout 5 hours i wont get back

HE HAS TO GO.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did give mine another wash and did the inside again when we got home.

It must be catching.......

Note to self, one must NEVER park their battered old van beside Mark EVER again. I have never seen a cleaner van in my life, and when we (Bob) pointed out a few splatterd dirty marks on the side wings, out came the chamois. Wow Mark, you sure know how to keep a clean van.

Bob, i am sure Mark is very proud of you, after your effort - although 5 hours, Mark normally takes 7

Thats it, going to clean the van (can you drive into the big wheely cleaners at the petrol stations)
