I have a cello with the built in sat decoder and DVD , its a great tv and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. The built in sat box saves on connections and power drain compared to two separate devices :lol:

Does that mean one could do away with their Sky box and hook up directly to the sat dish?

Thats right FC it releases space and cuts down on an extra piece of kit to be wired and of course power consumption. :D Yes Jack just connect the satellite cable onto the receiver on the TV and take away the receiver box. :up:

It doesn't get all the sky channels only the free to air ones including hd, although it does alow you to tune into a lot of other satellites which you can't do with sky and with the changes in Europe regarding the positioning of satellites it may be a very useful feature

It certainley is as I have fitted one today with the inbuilt receiver and its absolutely brilliant with a new portable and very user friendly satellite antenna on the market I have aquired to test , when all the testing is finished to our satisfaction I will hopefully be bringing it into stock for resale along with the Receiver TV/DVD units at a very affordable price. So here,s hoping that it comes up to the mark :up:
