That would be great Viktor, would have to be an outside gig though, probably have a gazebo up, depending on numbers.

Yes could still do as long as the equipment could be kept dry and I could get parked beside it. Of course would need a EHU or a yellow gas cylinder for the generator if no EHU.

Please no illegal substances like Poteen, fireworks and under no circumstances chinese lanterns.

Why?

The world leaders are starting to land for the G8 summit only a mile or so away we will be crowded in MI5 CI5 CIA and all the other three letter organisations you can think off

I can just imagine the panic if a UFO is seen (unidentified flying object, chinese lantern)

Disclaimer: I know none of you would bring anything illegal, it's only a joke.

Members of the public are reminded that vehicle checkpoints are now in operation on the routes around Belfast International Airport as part of the security operation linked to the G8 Summit.

Anyone planning to travel to the airport or on any surrounding route from today, Thursday 13th June, should leave extra time for their journey as delays are possible.

For further details follow us at @PSNIG8 for all G8 related matters, and @PSNITraffic for all Traffic information.

If you were going to bring firewood for the campfire this weekend and have not already bought it, please bring peat instead :) - a lot more heat out of it when we used it at the Loughree weekend.

Also if you want salad or anything extra with your Hog Roast - please bring your own.

Ally is that a coke you've got in your hand? I passed this afternoon and saw the fire in all the rain and was tempted to call but thought again in case some folk when they saw a clerical collar would faint so I didn't.

Looking at the photos on bakebook and it looks to have been a real cracker of a meet, pity I missed the lovely food, maybe next time. I did think when looking at the photos my motorhome had gone without me, but then realised there must be others with impeccable taste like me in choosing a Knaus  so hands up who owns the Knaus
