Hi to all fellow motor homers.......am heading west for paddys day. Was thinking of bellmullet, anyone with any experience of this area. Beaches,good.......with pub........better. Don't mind paying for a site if it's near a beach and don't have to drive to have a meal and a jar.

All suggestions grateful. :o

Last year when we still had the caravan we took a drive up round belmullet from the campsite in balina.
lovely spot and quite a Few campers parked up at quiet beaches..
We did not notice any campsites around belmullet..
Nice spot with great views and well worth look,we will hopefully get another trip up in the camper this year..

Was there last year but weather was not very pleasant and few tourists around. Had planned to wild camp out by lighthouse but felt very isolated so drove back into belmullet and parked at estuary near school. Saw no campsites anywhere. Desolate enough spot in poor weather unfortunately.
