I've seen some pics of motorhomes where there's a handrail inside the door, usually on the left. Attached to the furniture side and near the step switch.

Does anyone know where I can get something suitable ? Something that doesn't protrude too far out into the entrance space.

Handle out of a mini bus may do the job, local scrap yard might have one

Have seen something like a strap which moves just enough to be gripped but then retracts. Don't want a bannister type yoke !
