I’m no longer disgusted with the antics of Motorhome users, I’m really not.
At the weekend at the excellent new paid for parking in Rathmullan I witnessed behaviour not becoming of any decent folk.
Noise to 4am by a group of motorhomers who got a damn good telling off the next morning and we’re told to behave or leave.
Another group of 2 vans pulls in, gets a generator running right away, disposable BBQ on the football pitch and the cherry in the top was an argument with the lady who collects the €10 fee, so much so that they packed up and left.
The facility down there is phenomenal, views to die for, right in town, great pubs and restaurants… for a bloody tenner.
Arseholes like that will ultimately ruin it for responsible users and they’ll be gone and leave the mess in their wake for us to attempt to repair…. I despair, really I do.

“Some people know the price of everything and the value of nothing” …. in all walks of life that is true.
