Check out the dimensions of a standard 11kg to the size of the gaslow and gasit refilabiles as they also have detachable collars. Also what about an 11 and a 6 as a compromise

A pea trap for our bathroom sink ,we had a bit of a smell coming back up from our grey water tank even after washing it out with disinfectant and sterile ingredients so hopefully it will sort it ,but wait till you here this and a bit of a warning ,don’t buy from dealers until you check out ebay ,the reason I found a pea trap on the internet ,great thought I £8.00 so started to go to checkout when I got to the end they where looking £20 delivery in total £28 when on eBay found the same pea trap £8 with free delivery from the same company ,so beware things seem good from company’s till you get the postage most eBay items freepost

But even evilbay isn't immune to that sort of carry on, sending items by Royal Mail free to mainland but extra to NI when the cost is the same or won't send to NI for whatever reason. Hate them all but in current climes a necessary evil.

This is the flogas cylinder fitting.
The total weight of the cylinder including 11kg gas is 16kg, saving about 7 to 8kg on the red cylinder.

Those are Flogas cylinders in my picture, we have been waiting on Flogas collecting them for over a year now which may explain why there could be a shortage

what were they used on Forklifts?
I called Flogas to inquire about buying new cylinders when their website said out of stock, I was advised that they did have some but they were for staff useage and when asked where I lived, the Guy told me they didn't deliver outside of Dublin and he then proceeded to give me a courier number 066 ( Cahirciveen ) he didn't even know where the courier was from . About as usefull as Teat's on a Boar.
That's why I'm staying with Orange ones.

Yes forklifts, but even then they needed an adaptor as the FL's had calor red bottles on them which were slightly different

Its all rather confusing

Why would anybody want light bottles (reduced weight) on the back of a forklift :-/ , the weight on the back is all about counterbalancing the weight on the forks.

About half a tank of diesel, not that it’s needed ☹

Keeping it full over winter, it’ll probably go stale before we can use it 🤪

Colin you got there before me. but then we already know they haven't a usefull taught in their heads.( they did bring them out in the first place)
can you imagine what the cost of development and safety testing cost all for 8kg and a see trough bottle .
No One ever told them that the majority of people use a bottle untill it runs out and then you know its emply. :'(

The reason why we got them was our bulk tank pump failed and it was going to take a couple of weeks to get the parts/replacement so Flogas provided us with these bottles to see us through as they didnt have enough metal ones!!!

A continuing theme.......lack of bottles and thats with both main suppliers

Got a 2nd leisure battery during the week and fitted it today

You CAN'T do that, you MUST fit 2 identical batteries at the same time, if you haven't done this you should take the new battery out immediately and get a second one

Oops just realised it was you Steven and you have a brand new van, but the new battery should be identical to the one you have already

Been looking at levelling ramps and saw a pair of Milenco Quattros on Amazon Warehouse, not brand new but described as

Quote
Condition: Used - Very Good - Small cosmetic imperfection on top, front or sides of item. Accessories may have cosmetic damage. Item will come repackaged.

Free returns if it's worse than described... what could possibly go wrong at £42.29

Good things come to those who wait,
I recently bought a pair of brand new in the packaging on eBay from a lady having a clearout for £18.10 and they were the Milenco quads.
Put a saved search in eBay and get email notifications and wait your chance
