Hi everyone, can anyone help me, we've plugged in a few 2 many items this morning in the van outside the house and now the sockets won't work in van,,
I've checked trip switch in wardrobe
I've checked all fuses at both batteries
Is there anything I'm missing, we've not been out in van for a while so I'm back to learning all again

Any help appreciated thank u
Jennifer x

Try using something else in the plug that the lead is plugged into at the house end first and confirm that the trip switch for the house plug hasn't tripped,
After that check both plugs on the lead for a loose or broken wire,

Jennifer,
The RCD in the wardrobe, (the BIG trip !) … push it down and then fully up…… sounds like you tripped it…. It sometimes doesn’t trip down fully and needs a press down and then back up to reset.

What kind of a plug is on the house end of the ehu lead. If it's a three pin square 13 amp plug maybe its fuse is blown.
Can you check if there is power at the motorhome end (blue 16 amp round) plug.

I might be wrong (there’s a first time for everything 😁) but if you press the test button on the RCD It will trip the switch, but only if there is electrical power to it.
Try it, if nothing happens, there’s no power to the van. If it trips, the problem is further in.
