I went to Kinnego Marina near Lurgan recently, not sure about cycling but nice spot and good for walking the dogs.

One of my favourite cycles along L.Neagh. You can take mostly backroads along the shore to Antrim and meet very little traffic.
Or cycle other direction to Derrytrasna/Bannfoot and loop back around Lough Gullion, again all backroads.

take it as true .kinnego is beside our house ,we are never away from it on bikes and walks ,mountain bike trails all over the place, of different abilities ,also as grumpy says ,if your staying in the marina the lough shore is just around the corner and hugs the lough for about 4 or 5 mile, single lane quiet road ,flat , if your looking a feed there was a meet up in the corner house bar (just up in the vilage ) thats motorhomecraic friendly, hell let you stay for free if your in for a feed ,if not the marina is 24 pounds with hook up
