Hi sprinter congratulations on your new van looks really fabulous. For someone who has gone through the vrt importation process is there any chance that you would post the relevant documents that you need. Also any hidden pitfalls that you might have come across during the vrt process. As prices here have gone crazy and choice of vans limited. I am looking at buying somewhere within the EU probably Germany or France.

Seamus I will of course, when I'm done, but just at this time I'm booked in for the VRT exam on the 14th, I was offered the day before, but as the 14th is the end if my isolation period, I chose it.
You have to book within 7 days of landing in the country, and they only take bookings up to two weeks ahead, I phoned on the day I landed, so Don't delay in making a booking, since you have 30 days to sort it, and pay your VRT, after that, there are penalty's, so if there is a delay, make sure its on their part.
in the mean time have a look at my post at forum/topic.php?t=23247 and in motorhomeless for the sites I used in France.
Daffy, has also just imported, from NI, so I'm sure he will lay out the steps from there also, when his Disc in on the window.
