We were past this place, many vans take over the area, camp for weeks on end, tables/chairs/bbq’s.... there was even a van with a big area taken over with windbreaks, plants & even a paddling pool when we were there. No wonder they closed off the place, again the few wreck it for the many. Mostly French/Dutch vans we saw.

My sister has a property they have owned for about 30 years now in Almeria within 10 minutes walk of the beach on a complex, of mostly Spanish and UK people many of which it is their only home.
Over the past 2 years they have had to pay for large gates with electronic passcards as the private road into the estate ,was getting jammed with Motorhomes from all over Europe as there was no longer any room on the beach and roads around the beach it was estimated over 100 vans most weekends. Some of course came for several months. Police had no control and for the people who lived there it was a living hell.
