Seal on sliding door

Hi
In extreme rain, like what's getting normal now, I'm getting water in from the top of the above. It's a 03 Boxer. The rubber looks in good nick but I guess it's got tired.
Are they much of a job to replace? Anyone done the job?
thanks
Sean

Try rubber spray it might rejuvenate the rubber seal

Check that the door is closing properly,
Adjustment might sort your problem,

If not a new seal will let in rain again and you are back where you started

If the rubber looks alright and as mad max said the door is aligned you could pull off the rubber where the water is getting in and tap out the pinch weld a little bit and re fit the rubber. make sure you use a bit of wood and a hammer , don't tap the pinch weld with the hammer as you will damage the paint work and encourage rust.
