My interpretation:

I just ordered a ‘brand new’ Motorhome, four weeks until the dealership receives it from the manufacturer!

Or:
I bought a ‘new’ Motorhome, 1996, only four previous owners!

😁

Brand new is when you buy it new and when you drive it home the depreciation means it is just “new”. Maybe applies more to cars.

Brand new, straight out of factory, still to break it in and find any little snags...like our ongoing heating on drivers side, nearly a year old now.
Or new to you no matter how many previous owners.
