Replacing Fuse

I have blown the fuse for the 12v dash socket on my Ducato. The fuse is in the fuse box under the bonnet. It looks like the mini blade type but I cannot get it out. Is there some trick with these to remove them.

mine has a little orange plastic pair of tweezers for removing them ,it is usually located inside one of the fuse boxes .
