I have just noticed some damp marking on the wall of my three year old MH where the wall meets the floor. When I inspected the underside of the MH I can see a small section of exposed timber exactly where I am getting the damp mark. This seems to be happening in four places. The moisture reading in the worst location is 24% and at the other three locations it’s around 12%. Should I be worried?
