They do make it look easy.

I have been flying them a bit too.
Using a DX6i radio, not an iphone.

I can't begin to imagine how hard it would be on the phone.. LOL

played with the Parrot AR Drone which uses ipod/ipad and has a video feed to the device and apart from going straight up and down it was horrendous to control, it had 4 rotors and looked like something out of alien. I wouldnt give the £400 price tag they had but £30 for a bit of fun without getting off the sofa, I could send notes to Angela in the kitchen to bring me food and drink instead of text messages :lol:

Bought one of those for my young lad at the "toys for boys" show down in Cork 2 years ago. (not iphone control)
