Hi everyone, does anybody know of an agent for this type of equipment , ( Oyster 1V ) or someone’s who could fault-find same. Preferably in the Munster area. Many thanks in advance.

You can also send it to their agents in the uk if its an update you need. Much cheaper.

Sorry you will have to google it I'm afraid. If you ring them first and find you have to send the box they will return in less than a week

What's the problem with it ?

When I switch on, the Dish will rise and keep searching for the satellite, but can't find it . I'm wondering, would it just be the LNB that's faulty !!

Check the manufacturer website and see if there's a software update needed ,then see utube on how to install it ,mine was quite simple to do last year
