Portugal heading back irl

Hi guys.
Anyone have an accurate reading on the opening of the borders spain france .
I see on the news that Spain is not allowing Portuguese into Spain and I wonder is that the other way around, also the ferry situation .
It seems to hard to get real good trustworthy information or maybe it does not exist.

It would appear spain to Portugal is open to road vehicles from 1st July. (Subject to no change in virus scenario).
