Carthago C Tourer Sport Drop Down Bed Problems

My overcab bed will drop down when driving on a rough surface.
I’m unable to get the model or part number off the existing struts.
Where can i find the part number for these struts as i need to replace them.
Has anyone else has this problem ?.

Does your bed have a safety catch?
Similar to a seat belt and buckle,
I'd doubt that its left up to the struts to hold the bed up whilst you are driving,

Are the struts gas struts you could send them to SGS Engineering in Derby if they are open and get them re gassed they come back like new.

I got 12 struts regassed by SGS. They did a great job
