Probably obsolete now and unique to the pilote motor home but you may be able to adapt an iveco front side lamp and make fit.maybe a 663-1503r-ue depo indicator. as listed on ebay. maybe worth a try.

Ally, I just saw this on the TOC forum. Is it the same light as yours in a different setting.
The Renault marking on the light might help you.

I came across something similar on an 1980 talbot sunbeam lotus some of then had the white side light.
This one's not got the side light but you get the idea.
