We have been using the Ridge Monkey for the last three years - great piece of kit and versatile too.

Not a Rigemonkey but I got one of these for the van. A 1.1/2 ltr x 200watt slow cooker, great to have a meal ready upon arrival on cold winter nights after a 4 or more hour drive. Get everything ready and up to tempt at home, then plug it into the inverter while driving, with a wrap of clingfilm around the lip and lid to stop any spillage. stop halfway and add a few sliced spuds to the Lamb Hocks, can't beat it.

I collected my RidgeMonkey at Easter and decided to give it a go when I was down in The Hook on Monday. Made a delicious toasted tomato, onion and cheese sandwich, easy to use and great results.
