I live across the water so posting this for the info of the guys in the North.
I have a 1993 reg A class which qualifies for Classic insurance and have just renewed with Lancaster Insurance for £170.00 which includes agreed valuation and legal cover.
I don’t know if they cover N Ireland but maybe worth a try.
You could also try

And don’t forget to gently haggle after you establish whether the do Ireland or not.
