Amazes me how you can buy a workie's van, stick a mattress in it, a kitchen sink and a portapotti and it trebles in price :-/

I’ve often said, a 10 year old van is worth about €1500
A 10 year old caravan about €2500
Put the caravan on the van and it’s suddenly worth €40000.
Never could figure that out
