Seems to be along those lines. A council in England had ordered buses of Wright Bus that were Hydrogen.

Seems to eat well into the payload even if a tank of diesel was deducted so it may be restricted to panel vans at first maybe?

No idea how it even works but it seems that is going to be the preferred option for heavier vehicles.

I was wondering how they would get around it as an electric lorry doesn't seem doable at present.

I believe Tesla have a electric lorry and its introduction is put off due to a strain in Battery supply.
