A local fire service imported a crane truck about 10 years ago, similar to the first red truck in the pics.
It's first job was to recover a car from the river Barrow and failed miserably.
The 1100kg car when submerged in the water up to its window stills became a 3000kg lift.
The crane fitted had a lift of 1750 kg at a maximum reach of 6 metres.

That blue truck with the yellow crane is photo shopped, and was not there,

The green one was all that was there and did not slip onto the water,
