Howdy Howdy fellow Campers.

The wife and myself are heading off to Co Kerry on Thursday night to spend a week traveling around in the Camper. Has anyone got any recommendations for wild camping, near beaches, near villages / town or any nice remote locations, any recommendations very welcome...

Inch Beach Carpark is a handy stop for a night.....You can also stay on the beach but stay well back or you will find yourself floating off to the Atlantic!

I would second Inch beach. We spend 2 nights parked on the Strand once and really enjoyed it. Just park far enough back to avoid the tides but not so far back you get stuck in dry sand. You’ll see others parked up. No harm to cast an eye on the tide tables before arriving. If there is any hint of a storm or swell, avoid the Strand.

Me 3. Spent last Easter there. Again watch the tide. Was spring tides when we were there and seen a few cars get flooded. Bar /restaurant on the beach. Public toilets also

Clougher head, carpark overlooking a beautiful beach, near Dunquin, in the app. Enjoy your trip.
