Haven Greenacres Holiday Park - North Wales

Anyone ever stayed here, Touring or otherwise?

I'm not keen on these types of "holiday Parks" I'd rather go more rural forest park type place, but the other half says the kids would love it and we'll be in wales and england anyway. (also visiting leicester if anyone knows a good spot there)

I've look at photos and read some tripadvisor reviews on Haven Greenacres, it's rather hit and miss and not many touring reviews. Seems that most people think it's either fantastic or a filthy.

Stopped there in a caravan a good few years ago and it was OK but I have stopped a couple of times at Hafen y mor which have all euro pitches and is down the road from there and it's one of their best. I use them all the time off season as they are about £10 a night with all facilities and passes. Kids will love it by the way.

If it's anything like the Park Dean campsites I'd steer well clear unless you are the can's of Carling at 10am while minding the kids at a colouring competition type.....
