Keep your chin up, bearing in mind you have done a lot to sort this you may be nearly there. Some vans have been known to have pinholes in the roof which then follows the easiest route to ground level! Just because the water is showing up in the corners doesn’t necessarily mean that’s where the leak is. Just a thought.

This guy is a friend of mine and has made a lot of videos on damp repairs. Useful viewing on a wet evening

Haha I'm trying. But really is it just impossible to stop the leaking? Im no novice to a bit of DIY and took my time doing a really thorough job. I did a lot of research and sought professional advice and I'm really at a loss as to how there can still be water getting in. Heartbreaking stuff.

Thanks for the vid I'll take a look now. The thing is on a slant so the rear of the van is highest and theres still water getting in there so i cant see that anything could be running to it. The aluminium is still exposed on the inside so I'm going to go out tonight when its dark put some powerful lights on the inside and go out and see if any light is creeping out through some pinholes.

Dust the area with baby powder, that will help show where the water is coming from

If the aluminium is still exposed and you know someone with a smoke machine, it might be worth trying, I saw that done on on wheeler dealers or Car sos

You can hire one from a DJ gear hire store.
