This image is from a add for mh for sale to be only used as an example.
I don't want the seller or the mh identified.
There is in my opinion, a critical flaw in the mh based on this picture.
Maybe I am wrong with my assumptions.

My guess is the smoke/Carbon monoxide detector is fitted in the wrong place. (too close to the corner where wall meets ceiling).

Another picture from the same add.
Again no identifying of the owner or the mh.
Again, I see something not quite right.

Longer term, we get alot of newbies asking for advice for purchasing a mh.
Maybe this thread can be developed to teach these guys about various red flag warning signs.
There a quite a few craicers trawling the online auction sites, so we could build up this quite quickly.

In my opinion there is two possible explanations for the discolouration over the TV.
- possible roof leak, probably through the aerial mounting.
Or
- the TV or the electricial socket is overheating causing the staining on the ceiling. The socket is not a factory fit.
So the risk is a leaking roof or dodgy electrics.
