Reverse polarity

Hi...just landed in Andorra la vella and checked into a campsite. All the connections are giving reverse polarity. I have a reverse polarity switcher kit and it still gives the RV light with that as well....am I missing something?

Strange one that. I’ve no idea why it doesn’t sort when you use the polarity reversal lead.
Some parts of Europe have 240v/3ph supply for light industry, so that may be a reason but shouldn’t think a campsite would use that.

Only had it happen once in France spain and here and the other time it happened the reverse polarity connector sorted it...English couple near us here had no issues....we only have tonight here anyways so hopefully wont have the issue again.

It's + neg or neg + you can't have both at the same time so it's a mystery

A neutral / earth reversal should trip the supply

Europe switches both live and neutral so they don't care. We only switch live on/off, so no problem in general so long as you don't stick your finger somewhere you shouldn't.
