Reading 5.3 (ix) and (xii) together it looks like dedicated overnight motorhome parking will be provided but motorhomes are not permitted to park overnight elsewhere. This policy is also in operation in some parts of France.

I can't see Tipp. Co. Co. being able to prevent motorhomes from being parked during the day where other vehicles are permitted to park. What's the difference between a long wheelbase deliver van (some are up to 7.2m long) and a motorhome when it comes to space occupancy.

Hi Robert. A big thanks for the link.
I was only in Dromineer last weekend.
Some of the locals expressed their disappointment that the mh/ campervan community have been included into this draft.
The local lobby is for the removal of tents and caravans only.
Also some of the boating folks are up in arms as well.
There is no provision for the parking of boat trailers while their owners are on the lake.
I am amazed that Tipperary Co Council are using this to cover 22 different locations.
The good news is that this has not been passed .
Malcolm
