Aires of France book + ACSI ID query

We have an Aires of France book which is 2 or 3 years old..
Unlike ACSI, Passion France, BritStop where there is an annual subscription,
does the Aires book vary much from year to year?
Would it work well with Campercontact (which we got a free subscription for 6 months early last year)...or any other suggestion?

We have ACSI 2019 and the App.
I delayed applying for the ID card until I renewed my passport so I could quote new passport number.
Paid for it first week in January so far not received can it take over a month to post?

Like you I'm using a 4th edition which I have for about 3years,I don't think they change that much.
Yes it can take a while for them to send out your card.
Have you looked at Camping Car Parks they have an app, you can book ahead and they use a credit card type entry which you can top up at their carpark entrances. Its not a bad system, they seem to be taking over small village/ town Aires.

Get the paid version of camp4night and Campercontact..... excellent all over Europe.
We still have the all the aires book that is all in 1, must be 5 years old now.

This is available in large supermarkets in France for about €10.... very good with lots of the small sites listed.

The All The Aires books, which btw do not contain all the aires, are not by the year but by the edition, we currently have the 2nd. edition for France (2 books) and the 4th. edition for Spain and Portugal

They are a good investment but need to be supplemented with other publications/apps which give a fuller count to maximise choice and fill in gaps.
