I would like to think not, baguette. If it was capable of unlatching the door, it most certainly would though. To be honest I haven’t kept up to date with any and all changes from them in the last couple of years, as I am not registered now. I can’t see how they could realistically rule for all the wireless gizmos out there now. It was a joke of a ruling originally and still is. the last year I had anything to do with them, their revenue for the year was €96000 and rent on a premises in Athlone, I think, and two peoples wages to send out the threatening letters was ....€96000.
