Hi most fridge doors rotate on a pin, (to allow let ad right hand fixing) if the fixing on the pin is loose it may just need tighten up. It would help if you posted a picture.
Best of luck with it.

Google the make and model of your fridge for spare parts but it sounds like loose screws???

Could be loose screws as has been said.

Maybe the hinges are OK and it is their mounting.

If it is a self-tapping screw you might get away with slightly larger screws with a bit of thread lock.

Also possibly use a bit of chemical weld or Araldite on the back of the hinge, mount it, and allow to cure.

All at your own own risk.

You say Fridge and freezer, which makes me think you have two doors.
On two door units the bottom hinge can be secured with the screws on the under side, sometimes as part of the feet. which requires the fridge to be taken out to tighten the screws .
This hinge is a spike with an insert up in the bottom of the door which may be worn,or the material around it cracked . use a mirror to check what's going on.

Our fridge hinge was loose and tightened it again.
I used to use my foot under door to lift, then locked....lock on top broke, pin worked but when at Donaghys craic bought new lock, but only needed part if it.
