Noisy Remis type cab blinds

Having gone round the screws I still have the frames of the blind that make that annoying rubbing squeak sounds has anybody come up with a good way to stop it before I start experimenting

Wrong blinds it is the sliding ones that cover the windscreen and side cab van windows.

Sorry David ,you got a posher one than me, but how about putting a ribbon around around each one ,or if they are in a cassette, packing them with tissue and then leaving one at a time undone to narrow down the offender and then see if it is the rail or runners thats causing the problem.

I have found that the blind is rubbing on the outer frame when driving and a carefully placed piece of velcro loop is enough to stop it, along with silicone spray on the sliding bars. It always was the side doors and not the windscreen ones which squeaked on mine.

Do unexplained rattles annoy you when driving along which are less noticeable on smooth road surfaces.

We have only been for 2 outings in our new MH and there is a rattle which I describe as a coin/stone in bottom of glass jam jar...it comes and goes or else maybe I switch off from it.
I even ended up putting in earplugs, which made for a silent smooth drive.

I have tapped and held around dashboard, glove compartment, and even the rail bit of our Remis concertina sliding internal screen blinds.
(Initially saw comment by Eirebus & Fat Controller on Remus blinds where someone asking which blinds best to fit).
I can see a tip here about Velcro but can’t try out till next time we go away.

I hate when there is a rattle you can’t identify...every Mh has something which you live with, come to think of it we used to have one midway back near the habitation door, possibly it was fly screen, or plates in cupboard or in fridge as we could never agree to exactly the source of the sound.

I don’t remember it on first drive home. We did close blinds for the overnights, maybe not clicked in properly.
Will check various compartments again, as I am usually strapped in, can’t reach some parts. May even be upper shelf.
Depends who is sitting where in MH as to which direction we think noise is coming from.
