The U.K. Gov site has a facility for checking a vehicles MoT history if you have the Reg. It is limited in some ways e.g. does not include N. I. but it can be useful.
There is a camper on Gumtree N.I. which has a failed MoT, (the owner has the advisory sheet, easy fix), but it seems to have covered 241 miles since its English 2012 MoT.
Additionally the camper is described as very clean and waxed underneath but has previously failed a couple of MoT's for excessive corrosion underneath.
It can prove to be a useful tool.
