19 mph is roughly 30 km per hour.
Some of our busy shopping streets are limited to 30kph.
Upon sayind that, 19 mph seems to be a silly number for speed limits.

There are some daft signs out there alright, there is a sign on a back road near limerick saying Caution Squirrels Crossing. I never in my life saw a squirrel on the road there. It would be more in their line to fill the pot holes.

Well, to be fair, I've never seen a squirrel with a shovel.

Did you take the photo? That 19 looks bolder than the rest of the sign, photoshopped? Although why would anyone 🤔

Could it be that 19 MPH equates to 30KPH ?

Shovels are so old fashioned, Nick😄. Come to Kilfinane and we will show you how it is done down South, Squirrels here use 3D printers.

Road signs used to be much more fun, they've become very standardized and unambiguous, one of my favourites when I was growing was outside a friend's house and it read without punctuation, emphasis or differential spacing

I took the photo Ally. It’s on the Colin Road at the top of the hill. Up from the old Battery Bar
