Was looking through my stored file's and thought I'd share these pic's of a 1950's Deitz Fire Truck converted to Camper. Took these a few years ago when down in Cobh. Dutch couple who owned van said they have been all over the world, as far away as New Zealand! I asked owner how did he manage getting spare part's, particulary when in foreign land's...He just pointed to the roof and said he carrie's 350kg's of crucial spare's ! I have to admit...this thing is built like a tank...the metal on the front wing's felt and looked like plate steel o.O
