Can anyone help please? The wipers won't switch off, constantly on. Have pulled to fuse out to stop, but worried if I'm caught in rain.

Try disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes.

Try disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes.

Check that won't interfere with your radio code first

I would like to know also. If it did, I maybe have a reason why it happened.

When we found the battery , there were so many wires , we didn't want to risk disconnecting it, we also couldn't find the code for the radio. The fuse had been out for a couple of days and the van has been parked up on a campsite , so we just put the fuse back and hey presto , the wipers are working again. It has been very hot here on the Algarve , so that might have been part of the cause. I don't know what fixed it . Thanks for the suggestions .

Ours wouldn't switch off, then window washers came on. Disconnected the battery for a while and it was ok.

It happened again though, changed the battery and all seemed fine. But increasingly looking like it is a bad earth.
