19/07/2018 - Ordered a high-level brake light for my mh
04/08/2018 – After many enquiries and no responses (emails not answered and phone calls going to voicemail) parcel arrived.
Wrong part enclosed

08/08/2018 – Returns label issued and wrong item sent back (same day)
10/08/2018 – Two failed delivery attempts to Quickparts
13/08/2018 – Three failed delivery attempts to Quickparts
14/08/2018 – Two Failed delivery attempts to Quickparts

22/08/2018 – Following contact by me with courier company an eight attempt to deliver the parcel was successful

30/08/2018 – Correct item despatched
05/09/2018 – Item originally ordered arrived, 48 days after the order was placed.

Quick Parts, I think not.

No, the return and resending didn't cost me.
Don't know about a dude in his kitchen, the website looks very professional. Quickparts say they are a leading supplier of European-certified fuel pumps, lighting systems and horns. Based in Brentford, UK, who handle all sales and distribution activities in the UK and throughout the world.

The only plus point was that I saved over €40 against the price quoted by a Rapido dealer.

This is some clampet working from home somewhere. The registered address can be rented by anyone for £39 per year. Google the address of Quickparts and look at Rapid Formations. At least you eventually got your part

The website is not really that impressive and can be done with a template in a couple of minutes, so the theory of your man working half naked on the couch is still pretty solid :D :D
