We had the electric oil filled portable heater stored in the shower and it fell over and cracked the pvc shower wall some time ago.. would anyone know where I would get a 1mm, 1.5mm or 2mm white pvc sheet 2m x 1.2m. There seems to be plenty 2.5mm available but I would imagine it would be hard to bend it to 90 degree. I am hoping to get some thing light that I can stick on outside the existing 2mm wall. The current bend isn't very sharp, it is like it was bent around a 6'' approx pipe.

If you can't get the thin sheeting, You could alwaysheat the thicker stuff to get the bend you need?

Pat if you contact a guy Gerry, on 0863895197 I talked to him earlier, he imports the 2mm sheeting and the epoxy sealant for wet rooms etc, he has the equipment required to heat role the bend.
I should have added that he won't do it for you put will supply what you need to do the job.

Pat if your shower wall is sound , you could use the plastic sheet that they line showers with. It is waterproof and all you have do is cut and apply adhesive to the wall and stick on. There are are many patterns and colours so only the damaged wall needs to be done. Any big plummers or builders merchants will stock it

We always cover the oil heater with a towel or coat to prevent that happening

Sounds good Martin, I would prefer to do it myself. That's probably the most correct way of doing it, I want to keep it original, what part of the country is Gerry? I would imagine you would need to collect that yourself especially if it is bent, I will probably leave it until we get back from France and do a temporary fix for the moment.

Thanks Guys for all your advise

Picked up a 8'x4'x2mm sheet nearer to Home in Kilkenny yesterday for €33 from
https://enviroclad.com/
Took out the old sheet Today and used it as a template by laying it on top of the new one and then cut around it and drilled the holes through it as well. I fitted it this evening with out any need for heat to bend it, Job done now and totally original.
