Haven't cut mine for 7 yrs and it looks as good as when we unrolled it

Was getting used to the brown matting that's passed for grass, now I guess I'm going to have to buy petrol for the lawnmower too.

We have awful trouble with rabbits glad to see the rain rabbits don’t like long grass so I’m letting it grow to keep them away ( well that’s what I tell the enemy) saves me cutting it 🤫

Get a straight back German Shepard, i have not had any grass since he was 6 months old with all the running he does chasing birds etc.

I legged it out with the mower last friday after a couple of days of that wet stuff falling intermittently - my luck would go from scorched to amazonion overnight!

PS chickens do as good a job as a shepherd... not a scrap of grass left in their area!
