I recently bought two brand new Wisper 705 SE bikes, one for me and one for my wife. However my wife has hardly used hers, it's only done a few miles. She finds it too big for her. Ideally I would like to swop for a smaller E-bike but it must be a low stepthrough, maximum 16 inch frame. Or a low stepthrough folding one may suit. The bike full specs can be viewed here Or will sell for a reasonable offer.
